Construction Ready is expanding its successful CareerExpo program to Florida. The 2024 CareerExpo & SkillsUSA State Championships will provide hands-on learning for thousands of Florida K-12 and college students, connecting them with professionals in the skilled trades. There is a high need for skilled workers across Florida. More workers are retiring than are entering the workforce. Closing this “skills gap” and educating more people about careers in the skilled professions is Construction Ready’s primary goal.
