Sponsorship Opportunities

Step up to the plate for the 2026 Battle of the Builders Kickball Tournament Fundraiser!

Join construction companies from across Georgia for a day of friendly competition, team building, and industry camaraderie. Battle of the Builders is more than a kickball tournament. It’s an opportunity to strengthen relationships, celebrate our industry, and invest in the future workforce.

Your team registration, sponsorship, or donation directly supports Construction Ready’s mission to prepare individuals for successful careers in the skilled trades through hands-on training, safety education, and employer connections.

Build Your Best Team

This year’s Battle of the Builders includes a new rule designed to encourage more team participation and create an even more competitive tournament.

Teams with two or more women on their roster may field up to 11 defensive players during games. Teams without female participants may field up to 9 defensive players on defense.

It’s a simple way to encourage broader participation while making the tournament even more fun, balanced, and competitive. So as you’re building your roster…

Think strategically.

One team takes home the trophy. Every team helps build Georgia’s future.
